MIBGAS takes another step on the path towards sustainability and now commits to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Action Plan 2023-2024. The document was approved by the Board of Directors on 14 September.

This action plan arises from a collaboration with the University of Alcalá de Henares and complements and expands actions was already being taken. The aim of this plan is to ensure that the corporate purpose assumed by MIBGAS, the responsibility it has as a company within society, is transferred to its environment, so that MIBGAS is also capable of generating a positive impact on its immediate environment, something it works on every day and which is now reflected in its CSR Action Plan 2023-2024.

This action plan, as well as the sustainability plan from which it draws, are documents that are continually adapting and which will be enriched and improved with experience, and always aligned with the SDGs.

In particular, MIBGAS contributes to:

• SDG 3: health and well-being
• SDG 5: gender equality
• SDG 8: decent employment and economic growth
• SDG 9: water, industry, innovation and infrastructure
• SDG 13: climate action
• SDG 17: partnerships to achieve the goals
