Intraday trading on MIBGAS –which refers to gas that is both delivered and traded on the same day– will extend its trading hours until 23:00, with effect from today, 16 June.
 
Thanks to this extension, traders now have a longer time window in which to submit bids to buy or sell natural gas on the MIBGAS platform’s intraday market –a development that enhances operational flexibility and meets market needs.

This extension of trading hours applies to intraday products for delivery on the Spanish PVB and the Portuguese VTP, and is in response to a request put forward by agents through the Market Agents Committee.
