MIBGAS and OMIE launch this service in a centralized manner to facilitate agent’s compliance with their obligations regarding the publication of insider information, derived from the European regulation on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market.

The Insider Information Platform has been approved by the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) as a Regulated Information Service of that Agency, which guarantees users of this platform compliance with the aforementioned European Regulations and the consequent ACER guidelines.

With this platform, MIBGAS and OMIE are taking a further step in their commitment to helping the Iberian Energy Market continue to be one of the most transparent markets in the EU.
