Resolution of 28 of September 2016 of the Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mining which aproves the protocol PD-18 “Technical Parameters that determines the normal activity of the transmission system and the realization of balancing actions in the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) by the Technical Manager of the Gas System” establishes the publication on the Market´s Operator web site of the Technical Manager of the Gas System`s releases regarding to their needs of offering purchases and sales of gas to balancing actions.
