MIBGAS Derivatives remodels its training activities with the launch of two new courses. It has reorganised and restructured the syllabuses and created two basic and advanced level courses on the market and the gas system.

The basic course on the Iberian Gas Market, called “Introduction to the Spanish gas system and the organised gas market” is aimed at those interested in the gas sector (companies, associations, institutions) who want to become familiar with the Spanish gas system’s regulations and basic concepts of operation, as well as with the basic operations of economic processes and trading on MIBGAS.

While, the advanced course, called “Operating in MIBGAS: trading platforms, economic processes and market monitoring”, is aimed at traders, agents or potential market agents and professionals who have a basic knowledge of the sector and who are interested in understanding the details of trading in MIBGAS products and the economic processes from a practical point of view, as well as the European and Spanish regulations protecting against market manipulation.

Upcoming dates:

Basic course: Introduction to the Spanish gas system and the organised gas market: from Monday 2 October to Friday 6 October 2023.

Advanced course: Operating in MIBGAS: trading platforms, economic processes and market monitoring: from Monday 13 November to Friday 17 November 2023.

Both courses are online and last 12 and a half hours (5 days from 10:00 to 12:30).
