The MIBGAS group has launched its diversity and inclusion (De&I) policy, which expresses the determination to discover and develop mechanisms to avoid all types of discrimination and unconscious bias in its decision-making and strategies and to extend the pertinence of diversity and inclusion throughout the company, integrating them effectively into the corporate culture.

This publicly available document (published on the MIBGAS website) contains the MIBGAS De&I policy and was approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 14 November 2024.
