Resolution of December 23rd, 2015, of the Secretary of State for Energy develops the procedure of acquiring operational gas. According to this resolution, the TSO acquires the operational gas in the Organised Gas Market and should publish on his website a weekly estimation program with the daily needs of this gas.
Likewise, Resolution of June 6th, 2016, of the Secretary of State for Energy approves additional acquisitions in the Organized Gas Market. It develops the procedure of acquiring cushion and heel gas and establishes the publication on the Market Operator website of a weekly estimation program with the daily needs of these gases.
In the Resolution of 12 July 2023, of the Secretary of State for Energy, which develops the procedure for the purchase of operating gas and gas intended for minimum filling level, the GTS is authorised to choose the products (among those with a delivery period equal to or less than the "weekend") and the trading session (continuous or auction) to be used in the purchase of operating gas and gas intended for minimum filling level of facilities. Likewise, this Resolution repeals the resolutions of the Secretary of State for Energy of 23 December 2015 and 6 June 2016.
